Hopefully, this isn't you!!! Throughout this month we will be posting some stress management tips on our Chaplaincy Facebook page (find us at Medway Campus Chaplaincy) and here on the blog also. Do check these out.
If you are stressed right now, do please find someone to talk to. There are support systems in place at each of the Medway Universities ... through Student Centres, Well-Being teams, Counsellors and Chaplaincy.
