Take Ten - It's OK to talk about death, dying and grief

The very first ‘Dying Matters Awareness Week’ was held in 2009 and was started by the UK Hospice movement.  It's a week set aside to encourage friends, families and communities to begin healthy conversation around the topic of death and dying.  Yet, in many, many cultures, including our own, death is a difficult and uncomfortable topic.
