What a privilege it was to host a Student & Alumni Bring & Share Farewell on Saturday (July 19th).
A HUGE THANK YOU to all of those who came ... especially Abi & Desh, who win the prize of having travelled the furthest (310 miles from Newcastle!). Michel, who came from Exeter; Dominika & Tom, who drove from Oxford for the day, and Adnan, who came from the other side of the Dartford tunnel. Sue Jelfs, one of our former volunteers, travelled from Leicester.
I felt so blessed that people took the time to come, and I loved seeing students being reunited and catching up on all that life has held for them
This was the first of a feast of farewells over the coming two weeks. Thank you ....
