Hug-therapy

Stress Awareness month is coming to an end but,
as both you and I know, stress is a factor of life,
be that long term or merely seasonal.
Learning to identify stress triggers in our lives and,
in turn, learning and developing de-stress strategies
that work for us is vital for our emotional and mental
well-being and will assist us in establishing
health and meaningful relationships.
