TABLEtalk Garden Party

Oh, it's been such a looooong year and it was a great blessing on Sunday, May 30th to finally meet some of our TABLEtalk students face-to-face and complete with legs!!!

I totally forgot to take a photo of all the food, but our menu was as follows:

Below is a photo of Janise, in the aftermath of everyone filing through our covid-appropriate one-way system  😀😀😀

Everyone seemed to have a good time and the weather was most certainly in our favour 😀😀😀
Basel (Jordan), Aiste (Lithuania),
Nefeli (Greece) and Hang, one of our TT volunteers

Dominika (Poland), Janise (TT volunteer)
and Kuntal (India)

Troy (Grenada), Fuad (Nigeria),

Vijesh (India) and Troy (Grenada)

Troy (Grenada) and Rhandi (St Kitts)
Not sure how Troy managed to get in to so many photos 😆

Stephanie & Anastasia (Cyprus),
Obinna and Fuad (Nigeria)

Dessert was also a big hit 😀👍
Enjoyed here by Nefeli, Aiste, Basel and Jon (TT helper)

We played a few silly games, but everyone was happy to enjoy the food, the sunshine, but mostly the company!!

Celebrating PRIDE month

PRIDE MONTH in a time of celebration for the LGBTQ+ community and all their straight supporters 😀 It's also a time to raise awareness of the misunderstanding and discrimination that sadly continues to exist within our communities.

Take Ten - Pentecost

Pentecost is a significant celebration in the Christian calendar. It recognises the coming of the Holy Spirit on the Disciples of Jesus, and other followers, after the death and resurrection of Jesus. As Christians, we believe that the Holy Spirit helps us to live a life of faithfulness to God and to the teachings of the Bible.
