Not long returned from 10 lovely days in and around Hastings, on the south coast of England. My Dad and I were extremely fortunate with the weather which was almost constant sunshine!

We were both pleased with the pleasant view from our caravan :-) |
We visited Hastings, Rye, Pevensey, Eastbourne, Battle, the observatory & science centre @ Herstmonceux and Bodiam Castle.

I walked up this stoney beach bare foot, saying "oow, oow, oow" all the way, much to the amusement of a couple enjoying the sunshine. |

Amongst other things we also conquered three jigsaw puzzles; the Grand Canyon one was most definitely the biggest challenge!!
